We just had a new metal roof installed by RHI Roofing. Our roof looks absolutely stunning and our experience with RHI was stellar. Frank, our estimator, was excellent! He’s knowledgeable, personable, reliable and he’s an absolute pleasure to work with! We had other bids, but once we met with Frank, he gave us the confidence to choose RHI and it was undeniably the right choice!
Not only was this a seamless experience, but it was also easy. Everyone I worked with from Frank, to Brandon, to Jesus, to Fernando and Jose were top notch. Brandon was our project manager, Jesus was in charge of the tear down, Fernando was the point person for the installation, and Jose checked and attended to all the details at the end. I felt comfortable speaking to any of them with questions or concerns and they all communicated with us in a timely manner.
Frank and Brandon communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process and I always felt that I was a priority. You felt like they cared about you and they strived to express that with a beautiful finished product and also with the clean up on a daily basis. The crew showed a great deal of respect for our property. There’s definitely a sense of pride in this company and it shines through.

I had a really strong recommendation from a friend who used them for his new metal roof. I looked at options but selected RHI. They are a pleasure to work with. I had a Project Manager who was always available and updated me daily.

There are a couple of distinct teams with different specialties. Each total pros. One team is in for the tear off. They had a finishing carpenter with them for any wood replacements. They have a sheet metal team for the installation and fine finishings. I added slope to part of the flat roof which turned out great.

Overall a great experience. These guys know their business and think of everything. If I ever need another roof these are the guys I will use and recommend. Thank you.

The owner goes above and beyond to get the job done and they stand behind their work. I have had several occasions where there was damage due to weather or falling tree debris. RHI is always out to fix it at very reasonable rates (if any). I always tell my neighbors, call RHI before you make any major decisions. You will be glad you did.

I had multiple leaks where my tile roof transitioned to my flat roof. Other roofing companies tried to sell me an entirely new roof, claiming there were no alternatives. RHI confirmed I did not need a new roof and a repair was possible. They pressure-washed the roof and added a coating to reseal the transition between the tile and flat roof. No leaks since! RHI was reasonable and didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. They’re the best!

RHI Roofing did our roof back in 2019, recently (Sept 2024) we had a small leak they came and inspected the roof and on initial evaluation they said it was due organic debris piled up on the roof due lack of maintenance and cleaning. After I cleaned the roof, I requested a second inspection and they repaired it under warranty. Companies typically are very good at selling you the new roof but afterwards avoid honoring a warranty. Not RHI! Thank you keep up the good work! Highly recommended!

Mike and the team he has built is unlike any other contractor/roofing company I have worked with. The synergy at RHI is amazing to watch.

This TEAM gives a whole new meaning to the word professional. Communication, quality of work, speed and their ability to make deadlines is what sets Mike & RHI roofing team apart from every other contractor out there. I’m lucky to have had the pleasure of working with them for a short while.

They put a new roof on a Church where I work and attend. They put on fibetight membrane, a very durable membrane. They are professional and always available for questions or concerns. They made sure there were no leaks or issues before they finished.

I called RHI in the morning, and Mike did the inspection in the afternoon on the same day. He was able to trace the leak from inside my house with an infrared gun of sorts scan of my ceiling, then he went up into my attic made and inspection and took pictures which he then showed me with explanation of my roof leak and the extent of repairs. Mike then confirmed his assessment of my roof leak with a drone. I received a quote the next day which was reasonable for a licensed and insured contractor. The repair which included the replacement of tile removal for two sheets of plywood ( I’d had the leak for over 1-1/2 years) and putting back the tiles, and also two new roof vents took just one day. I also got two excellent recommendations for RHI Roofing before calling them. I too definitely recommend RHI roofing. It’s rained a few days since the repairs, and all is dry in my house.

In 2016, RHI installed a beautiful tile roof on my 1982 home and gave it a 10-year warranty. The team was very professional and efficient. Even my neighbors commented on how quickly the work was done and what a great job RHI did. In 2023, I had a leak resulting in a partial collapse of my patio ceiling. The leak was from my 1982 chimney, but roof plywood and tile had to be replaced. RHI handled the chimney repairs and tile replacement in record time. The craftmanship is perfect – you cannot tell which tiles have been replaced. The RHI team and CEO provided top quality service!

I had a leak in my ceiling through the A/C vent when there were hard rains. A roofer was in my neighborhood working on my neighbors house so I asked them to take a look. They took a look and said there was no leak in the roof. I did not trust this and asked my friend Chis Parker, of Gulfeagle Supply, who has been in the roofing industry for many years for a dependable roofing company to take a second look. He recommended me to RHI Roofing and I am very grateful that he did. Chris from RHI came out to take a look and immediately identified the leak. 2 weeks later the repair was done on my roof at a very fair price. There has been a mini tropical storm since with no water leaking from my ceiling. It is very difficult to find reliable and good companies here in South Florida and I can say with confidence you should call immediately RHI for any issues you might have with your roof and it will be taken care of promptly and professionally!

One of the biggest issues for a homeowner, is finding quality companies when it comes to taking care of your home. I had my roof completed by RHI in 2018, and had to contact them recently for an inspection for insurance purposes. I reviewed my warranty, and expected to encounter issues when I contacted them. I did not.

Once I contacted the office, Mike responded to me in a timely manner, and made sure to send someone out the next day. They dispelled any concerns I had regarding the roof, provided a detailed report and offered further assistance if needed.

It speaks volumes of a company that will provide a quality product, abide by their warranty, and most of all provide great customer service.

I am indeed pleased with the new roof installed on my property. The project manager as well as the workers were extremely professional and accessible. My phone calls were always answered and/or returned in a timely manner.

We hired RHI for a tear off and new shingle roof installation. We could not have had a better experience or been more pleased with the quality of the work. David Panella, Production Manager, was our contact. He is very knowledgeable, detailed, responsive and a pleasure to work with. He explained the roofing options and process to us and made everything from the proposal, contract, permit and scheduling through completion of the job and payment absolutely seamless. He and his work crews set schedules and stuck to them. If anything needed to change, we were informed in advance. David communicated with us consistently and timely throughout. The crews that did the tear off, shingle installation and punch list items were skilled, comprehensive in the scope their jobs and easy to work with. I have already and will continue to recommend RHI and David to friends and neighbors with roofing needs.

I am a 3-time client, and likely forever client. I have a beautiful roof over my boat done by RHI (quickly and done correctly). I had A/C stand penetrations opened up and dried in on my commercial property, and at the same property had a roof leak fixed as feeder bands from hurricane Ian were coming in. RHI recently replaced my roof and I could not be more satisfied with the results. It’s been about 2 weeks since the project was completed and I’ve had multiple neighbors comment on how nice the roof looks. Dax Demena was our project manager and was great to work with. My calls and texts were answered promptly. The crews were on time and at the end of each work day left my yard clean and free of debris.
